This page explains how to delete your account and personal data for the Digital MegaMart app (customer app, package com.digitalmegamart.customerapp), developed and operated by Digital MegaMart.

Option 1: Delete from the app

1. Open the Digital MegaMart app and log in to your account.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you will be logged out.

Option 2: Request deletion by email or phone

If you cannot access the app, send us a request:

Subject: Delete my account
Include: your registered mobile number and the name on the account.
Phone: +91 80803 38080

To protect your account we may verify your identity, for example with an OTP sent to your registered mobile number. We will delete your account and confirm by email or SMS within 7 days of verification.

Data that is deleted

• Your profile: name, mobile number, email address and profile photo
• Saved delivery addresses
• Wallet, loyalty and referral data
• Notification tokens and device identifiers
• Ratings, reviews and support messages linked to your account

Data that may be kept

Order, invoice and payment records may be kept in a form that is no longer linked to your profile for the period required by Indian tax, accounting and other laws, and to resolve disputes or prevent fraud. This data is not used for marketing, and is deleted once the legal retention period ends.

Before you delete

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Any unused wallet balance, coupons and rewards will be lost.
• Pending or active orders must be completed or cancelled first.
